Praca: Change Manager

Currently, I’m looking for a Change Manager for a remote project.

We offer up to 103 pln net+vat per hour

• Previous experience as a Project Manager.

• Developing change management plans for projects.
• Supporting the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
• Evaluating the impact of planned organizational change.
• Conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
• Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
• Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams.
