  • Master"s degree in HR or Management
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in HR, including than 3 years auto parts industry recruitment experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Expert of MS Office
  • Advanced knowledge for handling of SAP related HR Systems, like PS system, SF system etc.
  • Proficient in domestic labor law knowledge and practice experience
  • Proficient in Poland law knowledge and practice experience


  • Be responsible for overall recruitment, to prepare and complete recruiting process (selection to hire) for all positions, ensuring a quick and efficient selection process, selecting and maintaining recruiting channels, negotiating and reducing costs, ensuring efficient and cost effective selection
  • Be responsible for annual and monthly headcount analysis and submit to HQ for approval, ensuring an accurate and efficient headcount
  • Be responsible for implementation of the hiring process according to the approved headcount (white collar, blue collar, international students, foreign engineers, college student recruitment, school-enterprise cooperation, etc), ensuring a quick achievement rate of recruitment
  • Be responsible for developing and maintain the recruitment channels, ensuring a cost-saving and efficient recruitment method
  • Be responsible for recruitment reports, ensuring an accurate recruitment records and data base
  • Be responsible for job description drafting and completing
  • Be responsible for temporary worker resource development and maintenance, ensuring a flexible offering
  • Be responsible for recruitment projects, for example, fresh graduates hiring project, or school enterprise cooperation projects
  • Be responsible for preparing HR policies in collaboration with management, support for the implementation of HR policies
  • Be responsible for overall labor law legal issues, to prepare documentation for litigation, represent in labor court if necessary
  • Preparing training for employees, e.g. first aider
  • Taking care about quality, environment and energy standards
