- PostgreSQL database administration
- Development and setup of new PostgreSQL instances
- Parameter handling in postgresql*conf
- Backup, restore and recovery of Postgres (WAL-G)
- Secure handling of Postgres roles/users and permissions
- Operation of PostgreSQL clusters/instances and databases
- Operation and handling of Docker containers
- Customisation and development of Docker images (OS: Debian Linux)
- Deploying Docker containers via Ansible scripts
- Handling of general installation routines in Linux (RHEL, Debian)
- Postgres monitoring, analysis and patching
- Maintaining operating and support manuals
- Dealing with GIT
- Knowledge and experience with other database systems desirable (MS SQL, Sybase, DB2, Oracle)
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Fluent German language will be a plus
- Availability for on call once every 6 weeks
- B2B contract – 110 - 130 PLN p/h net + VAT + additionally on-call paid
