Join Avengas team and work for the client from the banking sector as Service Manager.
YOUR DAILY TASKS:
Ensure proper execution of service requests relevant to environments
Ensure detailed investigation & diagnosis of incidents & service requests
Perform root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and develop resolution plans.
Maintain all documentations for deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and problem resolution activities.
Produce management information including KPIs and reports
Experience on similar position
Understanding of incident, change and release management processes
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Professional English level written and spoken
Strong relationship management skills
