Praca: Technical Support Manager

We are currently looking for candidates for the position:

Technical Support Manager
Miejsce pracy: Gorzów Wielkopolski

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the technical support towards the CSP´s (ASD´s)
  • Be linking pin between central Customer Service field and quality teams
  • Ensure execution fast corrective improvement actions.
  • Generate processes of fast failure identification and formalize learning for new developments.
  • Visit CSP´s on regular basis to support feedback loop of speed and data quality.
  • Manage communication flow with Back-offices in various sites.
  • Prepare training material and service information for CSPs (service booklets, symptom cures)
  • Participate in weekly TCs with Region and Factory


  • Bachelor degree of electronics or related
  • Technical problems trouble shooting skill
  • Data collection, compilation, analysis & reporting
  • Problem definition (clear & precise), problem-solving technique
  • Good communication skills and capabilities
  • Multiple cultures and languages working experience is a plus
  • Electronic devices repair experience
  • Quality improvement methodology implementation experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly with multi-customer basis
  • Fluent English
  • Microsoft office and computer knowledge
